NTPC जैसे PSU में इंटर्नशिप या वोकेशनल ट्रेनिंग करना बी- टेक और बी .ई के छात्रों के बीच पहली पसंद रहती है। ऐसे में यह जानाना आवश्यक है कि एनटीपीसी में इंटर्नशिप कैसे प्राप्त करें।

बीटेक में इंटर्नशिप द्वितीय वर्ष से शुरू हो सकती है और कुल मिलाकर आपको तीन इंटर्नशिप करनी होती है यह इंटर्नशिप आप समर इंटर्नशिप या विंटर इंटर्नशिप कर सकते हैं।
एनटीपीसी जैसे पीएसयू में इंटर्नशिप करने के लिए जो चीजें आवश्यक हैं और जो प्रक्रिया है वह नीचे मुख्य बिंदुओं के रूप में समझाई गई हैं।

- सबसे पहले अपने कॉलेज की वेबसाइट पर जाएं और वहां से वोकेशनल ट्रेनिंग का फॉर्म डाउनलोड कर ले अगर वहां फॉर्म ना मिले तो अपने कॉलेज के टीपीओ ट्रेनिंग एंड प्लेसमेंट ऑफिस में जाकर वोकेशनल ट्रेनिंग का फॉर्म ले लें।
- अब फॉर्म को ठीक से भर लें लेकिन ट्रेनिंग पीरियड यानी की ट्रेनिंग कब से कब तक करनी है इसकी जानकारी खाली ही छोड़ दें कई बार यह ट्रेनिंग पीरियड ट्रेनिंग देने वाले इंस्टिट्यूट पर ही निर्भर करता है की वह कब से कब तक आपको ट्रेनिंग उपलब्ध करा सकते हैं।
- अब अपनी कॉलेज के प्रिंसिपल या फिर अपने ब्रांच के एचओडी से हस्ताक्षर ले ले।
- अब इस फॉर्म की और फोटो कॉपी करा ले कई बार हमें एक से ज्यादा कंपनियों में आवेदन करना होता है उसी स्थिति में यह फोटोकॉपी काम आएगी।
- अब आपको जिस कंपनी में ट्रेनिंग लेनी है वहां के आर एल आई लर्निंग इंस्टिट्यूट में जाकर वहां की एच आर से बात करें।
- आमतौर पर इसमें कोई बाधा नहीं आती परंतु कुछ विशेष कारणों से हो सकता है आपको समय लगे।
- एनटीपीसी जैसे पीएसयू में हर ट्रेनिं को उसी कंपनी के किसी एक कर्मचारी के हस्ताक्षर लेने की आवश्यकता होती है या हस्ताक्षर इस बात की पुष्टि करता है कि वह कर्मचारी आपको पहचानता है और वह इस बात की जिम्मेदारी लेता है कि आप कोई भी अभद्र व्यवहार नहीं करेंगे और आपकी वजह से किसी भी काम में बाधा नहीं आएगी। यह हस्ताक्षर बहुत आवश्यक है परंतु इसके लिए आपको किसी को पैसे देने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है।
- आमतौर पर बहुत से कर्मचारी आपको आपकी सहायता के लिए हस्ताक्षर कर देते हैं बस आपको प्रयास करना है और एक बार उनसे बात करनी होगी।
- फिर उस आर एल आई वाले फॉर्म को लीजिए उसमें दो फोटो लगाइए एचआर से बात करके पता करिए की ट्रेनिंग पीरियड कब से कब तक रहेगा और वह आपको कितने हफ्ते की ट्रेनिंग उपलब्ध कराएंगे अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार कम से कम 2 हफ्ते और ज्यादा से ज्यादा 6 हफ्ते की ट्रेनिंग बीटेक में ली जा सकती है।
- अपने ट्रेनिंग पीरियड की तारीख निश्चित करिए और सभी फॉर्म ऑफिस में जमा करा दीजिए 24 घंटे के अंदर आपको ईमेल आ जाएगा और आपकी ट्रेनिंग शुरू कर दी जाएगी
- कुछ संस्थानों में यह प्रक्रिया अब ऑनलाइन हो गई है लेकिन इसके लिए भी एक बार आपको आर एल आई में संपर्क करना होगा ।

- Usually many employees will sign you up to assist you, all you have to do is try and talk to them once.
- Then take that RLI form, put two photos in it, talk to HR, find out how long the training period will be and how many weeks of training they will provide you, according to your convenience, at least 2 weeks and maximum 6 Weekly training can be taken in B.Tech.
- Set the date of your training period and submit all the forms to the office within 24 hours you will get the email and your training will be started
- In some institutes this process has now become online but for this also once you have to contact RLI.
